Alphamolly lacks the ability to modify or amend the personal data you upload, and you should ensure that you comprehend your obligations concerning that personal data. 6. Copyright and Trademarks

6.1 All copyright and other intellectual property rights in any material, including but not limited to text, photographs, images, and sound, found on the Site, are either owned by Alphamolly or our third-party content providers. 6.2 The Site features specific trademarks. All trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of Alphamolly or its content providers including the trademark owners.. Any use of these trademarks other than what is explicitly outlined in these terms and conditions is strictly prohibited.

7. Exclusions and limitations of liability

7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, under no circumstances shall Alphamolly or its content providers, collectively referred to as the "Alphamolly Parties," be liable (whether for breach of contract, negligence, or any other reason) for:

5. Loss of goodwill;

2. The annual subscription fee for the Premium Service if you are a subscriber to the Premium Service at the time the liability arises.
